
Old vineyards at least 35 years old, planted in stony/sandy soil. The vineyards are situated at an altitude of 650 meters. A yield of 2,000 kg/ha. The climate is extremely hot in summer and cold in winter. An average of 3,000 hours of sunshine per year and only 300 liters of rain. Ideal for sweet wines.
Monastrell
At the end of October, the grapes are harvested by hand in 15 kg crates. Fermentation takes place under controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The alcohol content is increased to 15%. The residual sugars remain in the wine. The wine ages for 6 months in French oak barrels.
